Welcome

 A: Once you select the lessons you would like to purchase by either selecting "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart", you will then select "checkout" and then type in your Customer Information and Billing Address and then "continue". You can then put in your credit/debit card under "payment". Your purchase will be emailed to you via the email you provided under Customer Information.

 A: Yes, if you'd like to pay via PayPal, you can do so through the Fast Checkout option. All other credit/debit cards can be used by filing out the Customer Information section and Billing Address information.

 A: You will receive an email with the downloadable files to the email you provided at purchase. 

 A: In the email you receive, there will be downloadable files for the video, the supply list, and the reference photo. 

 A: Once you download the video, you can save it by clicking on your “file icon” typically located on the bottom of your computer screen (this icon looks like a manila file folder). Once opened, you’ll see to the left of the screen the word “Downloads”, click on that. There you will see your most recent downloads with the class names listed (example: “Still Life Class”). You can select those class downloads, click and drag them to your Desktop. 

Once sent to your desktop, you can even create a new file by right clicking on the desktop, click “New”, and then click “Folder”. You may label the file with a name you’d like to save the videos etc. as. Then drag the downloaded files from your desktop into the new file folder. This way you can easily access them.
